1. Services Provided
The Agency offers a range of marketing and creative
services, including but not limited to:
- Brand
campaigns, social media campaigns, and digital marketing
- Social
media management, brand positioning, and brand strategy
- Brand
identity, logo design, and brand storytelling
- Website
development, website management, SEO/SEM
The scope of each project will be defined in a written
contract signed by both parties.
2. Project Timeline
The timeline for project completion will be outlined in the
contract. The Agency will make reasonable efforts to meet deadlines but is not
responsible for delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide necessary
information or approvals.
3. Payment Terms
- A
non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
- The
remaining balance is due upon completion of the services, as outlined in
the contract.
- All
payments must be made through the secure Stripe Terminal on ixvagency.com.
- Late
payments may incur additional fees.
4. Cancellation Policy
If the Client cancels the project before completion:
- The
deposit is non-refundable.
- The
Client must pay for all services performed up to the date of cancellation.
5. Revisions and Feedback
Revisions must be requested within the scope defined in the
contract. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur
additional fees.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client will receive ownership rights
to final deliverables. The Agency retains the right to use work for portfolio
and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or

8. Limitation of Liability
IXV Agency shall not be held liable for any indirect or
consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables. Liability is
limited to the amount paid by the Client.
